The Wakefield and District League is a football competition based in Yorkshire, England. It has a total of four divisions headed by the Premier Division, which sits at level 14 of the English football league system. It is a feeder to the West Riding League.
Fieldhead Hospital, originally based in the City's Hospital of the same name, are the oldest team in the league, joining in 1973-74 season, and being a playing member ever since.
